FAQ - Frequently asked questions

1. What can be recycled?

Our Recycling Banks accept the deposit of beverage containers made with PET, glass, or aluminum. The containers should have a capacity in the range of 150 ml to 1 liter.

2. Does my drink container need to have a label?

For identification of the beverage container, it should have a clear and visible barcode.

3. Why is the Recycling Bank not accepting some of my containers?

If your bottle or can is not accepted at our recycling banks, you must check your beverage container’s eligibility for the deposit. Also, ensure your container has a visible and readable barcode with labels intact. Some machines may require the bottles to be positioned with the barcode facing up.

If you are still facing issues, you can contact us via email, clearly mentioning your location along with a picture of the barcode.

4. Can I receive money in exchange for my empty containers?

At the moment, we only provide credits in exchange for beverage containers. You will be eligible to receive monetary reimbursement after the introduction of the Container Deposit Scheme in the year 2023.
